We had to celebrate another birthday, this time we went to a Brazilian barbecue grill for dinner in stratford. Happy Birthday Tia!
The title may be a give-away to what this post is about (mind you, if you haven't already noticed, we name all our posts around music, whether it be lyrics a song title or an album). Our inspiration also drew from this seasons monochrome trend, which was covered by these two talented twins - Coco and Breezy in Essence Magazine's April issue.
For this look we're trying to portray a masculine look with a feminine flare. For example, we both wore long black trousers but added a feminine spin with the high waist and wide leg, which was more flattering to our figures.
We both went for the classic white shirt, although each one had a twist. Libby's was a cropped one with a tessellated pattern on it. (Topshop, £28) Whereas mine was a short-sleeved collared shirt, which gave the look a slightly more masculine feel (used to be my mum's shirt and dates back to when M&S clothing line used to be called St. Michaels)
We accessorised our outfits with only the best coloured jewellery - GOLD and wore white heels to give a contrasting accent to our black bottoms.
